References to “the operator of this website” throughout these Terms refer to us in that capacity.
Permitted Use of This Site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or its underlying systems.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from this site in an automated manner without our written consent.
- Use this site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
- Reproduce or redistribute our original content (plan comparison copy, guides, site text) without attribution and a link back to this site.

Orders and Service Agreements
When you place an order for Spectrum services through us, that order is fulfilled by and your service agreement is with Spectrum (Charter Communications, Inc.). Spectrum’s own terms of service, available at spectrum.com/policies, govern your residential service, billing, and equipment. Our role is to facilitate the order and confirm availability at your address — we are not a party to the service contract between you and Spectrum.
We strongly encourage you to review Spectrum’s current terms before placing an order. If there is any conflict between information on this site and Spectrum’s official policies, Spectrum’s policies control with respect to your actual service.
Pricing and Availability
Pricing displayed on this site reflects Spectrum’s advertised promotional rates as of June 10, 2026 and is subject to change without notice. All prices are promotional and apply for the stated promotional period only; standard rates apply after the promotional period ends. Actual pricing for your address is confirmed by Spectrum at the time of order, and that confirmed price controls your service agreement.
Availability of specific plans, speeds, and promotional offers varies by address. A ZIP code check on this site queries the FCC National Broadband Map dataset and is an estimate only — Spectrum confirms actual serviceability at your specific address when you place an order.

The original content on this site — including our written plan comparisons, guides, FAQs, and site design — is the property of the operator of this website and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Our ZIP availability search uses data from the FCC National Broadband Map. This data is provider-reported, is collected on a periodic basis, and may not reflect recent network construction or address-level service status. We provide this tool as a convenience and make no warranty that the results are accurate, current, or complete. Always confirm availability with Spectrum directly when you call to order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this website and its principals, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies linked from this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of this website with respect to your use of the site.
