Spectrum Internet currently starts at $30/mo for 1 year for the Advantage plan (100 Mbps). Premier (500 Mbps) is $40/mo and Gig (1 Gig) is $60/mo, each with a 1-year price guarantee. Standard rates apply after the promo period, and final pricing is confirmed for your address when you order.
No. Spectrum residential plans have no contracts and no early termination fees, so you can change or cancel service without a penalty. That applies across Internet, Mobile, TV and Voice. Promotional pricing still has a promo period — typically 1 year, or longer when you bundle.
Your promotional price is locked for a set window: 1 year with one Spectrum service, 2 years with two services, and 3 years when you combine three (for example Internet + Mobile + TV). It's one of the simplest ways to keep your bill predictable — bundle more, lock longer.
Switch both your Internet and Mobile to Spectrum and you'll save at least $1,000 in your first year compared to what you were paying — or Spectrum applies the difference as bill credits. You'll need to submit recent bills from your current providers (Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T for mobile) within 60 days of installation.
No. Every Spectrum Internet plan includes unlimited data — there's no monthly allowance to track and no overage fees, whether you're on the $30 Advantage plan or Gig. A free modem is included too; you only pay extra if you add Advanced WiFi ($10/mo on Advantage and Premier, included with Gig).

Most homes can use the Express Connect self-install kit at no extra charge — setup usually takes 15–30 minutes once the kit arrives. Professional installation is available for $50 if you'd rather have a tech handle it. A one-time service activation fee applies to new accounts either way.
New customers get one Unlimited Mobile line included free for 12 months with Spectrum Internet — that's unlimited nationwide talk, text and data (full speed up to 30 GB/line), with nationwide 5G included. Spectrum Internet® and Auto Pay are required, it's limited to one promotional line per account, and standard rates apply after the year.
With Spectrum Internet®, Unlimited lines are $30/mo per line when you have two or more, and Unlimited Plus is $40/mo per line ($30/line if you have Internet Gig). Light users can do By the Gig at $20 for the first GB per line. A single Unlimited line on its own is $40/mo.
Usually, yes. You can bring your own compatible, unlocked device and transfer your existing number during activation. And if you still owe money on phones with your old carrier, the Phone Balance Buyout can pay off up to $2,500 per account when you switch at least two lines and port in at least two numbers.
Anytime Upgrade comes included with Spectrum Mobile Unlimited Plus plans. It lets you upgrade to a new phone whenever you want — no waiting until your current phone is paid off. Trade in your current device in good working condition, pick a new one on a payment plan, and pay a $35 fee per upgrade (up to four in 12 months).
Spectrum TV Select Signature and above include streaming apps at no extra charge — HBO Max Basic With Ads, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited, Paramount+ Essential, Peacock Premium, discovery+, FOX One, AMC+ with Ads and ViX Premium with ads. On Select Signature that's roughly $114/mo of subscriptions included with a $100/mo plan. Platinum upgrades you to ad-free HBO Max and Paramount+ Premium.
TV promotional pricing runs 1 year, then the regular rate applies: Select Signature goes from $100 to $130/mo, Select Plus from $110 to $140, Platinum from $145 to $175, and Mi Plan Latino from $75 to $90. We show both numbers up front so there are no surprises — and bundling can extend your price guarantee to 2 or 3 years.
Yes — with a qualifying TV + Internet package, Spectrum offers a Contract Buyout covering up to $500 of the early termination fee your current TV provider charges. It's how most people escape a satellite or cable contract without eating the cancellation cost. Ask about it when you call.
If you want a home phone, it's inexpensive insurance: $15/mo with unlimited calling across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands, plus Call Guard to block robocalls. Bundled with other services the $15 price holds for 3 years, and 911 calls from a landline share your exact address automatically.
